NHGOP Chairman Chris Ager Secures FITN Primary, Challenges Buckley To Do the Same This Week

Concord, NH – As the DNC prepares to meet this week, Chairman Chris Ager challenges New Hampshire Democratic Party Chairman Ray Buckley to secure First in the Nation Primary status for Democrats. Chairman Ager released the following statement:

“Chairman Buckley, it is time for you, Rep. Chris Pappas, and the rest of our Democrat federal delegation to secure our First in the Nation primary as Republicans did many months ago.
If Chairman Buckley fails to protect our First in the Nation primary, the NHGOP will happily invite leading contenders against President Biden to campaign here.
Pete Buttigieg, Elizabeth Warren, AOC, Bernie Sanders – you are all welcome in New Hampshire and we are ready to help facilitate those visits.
Granite Staters are very good at discerning talent, which is apparent with Biden’s abysmal 5th place finish here. The NHGOP welcomes challengers the the sitting President in our long-standing tradition of vetting candidates to ensure Americans know whom they’re voting for.”

The RNC voted in April 2022 to keep the early state primary order of Iowa (caucus), New Hampshire, South Carolina, and Nevada. Talks are already underway to preserve that schedule going into 2028.
