The headline in The Washington Post reads, “Federal judge in Texas strikes down Biden’s student loan forgiveness plan”. As the mid-term elections are over and we see that this ruling from the court means that all those people who were so excited to get their student loans either greatly reduced or forgiven was all BS. The Democrat party is no stranger to the tactic of making a claim, getting people all worked up, and then after the election is over we find out that the claim was a lie, but the damage is done.

Senator Harry Reid told the American People that then Republican Presidential candidate Mitt Romney had not paid his taxes in 10 years. He made this claim from the floor of the Senate. The corrupt media ran with it, Romney lost a very close race to Obama. Then it was proven that the claim was false. When confronted with the discovery of the lie which Reid already knew he said, something to the effect of, we won. https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/harry-reid-is-proud-he-lied-about-mitt-romneys-taxes
Anyone who may have even the slightest understanding of the basic powers of each branch of the government knew that Biden’s boast of student loan forgiveness was not in his realm of executive powers. Moreover, his advisors, handlers, lawyers, and the President himself knew full well that he didn’t have the power to do this, yet, they also all knew that by the time it ran it’s course through the courts the mid-term elections would be over and that was all they cared about.
It is well documented that there is a huge block of voters that historically don’t vote. That is the 18-29 group. In my opinion the Biden administration unabashedly and purposefully lied to the American public, specifically the young people by promising to eliminate all student loan debt in hopes that in return this block who have been indoctrinated throughout their schooling years would return the favor by turning out to vote, and vote Democrat.

Our student loan plan lowers costs for Americans as they recover from the pandemic to give everybody a little more breathing room. I want to be clear who’s going to benefit most: working people, middle-class folks that earn under 125 grand — you get up to $10,000 knocked off the debt. And if you earn under 125 grand and you receive a Pell Grant, you get 20,000 bucks knocked off. – Whitehouse release of speech
That looks like an awesome deal! This speech was on October 21st, a mere couple of weeks before the general election. The President didn’t stop there…
And in total, more than 40 million Americans stand to benefit from this relief. For borrowers out of school, nearly 90 percent — nearly 90 percent of the relief are going to go to people making under $75,000 a year. – Whitehouse release of speech
We have generations of Americans that have been conditioned to believe what they are told without question. We deserve better than being manipulated and lied to by our elected officials, especially the President of the United States. What is the up side? Those in power that have done us poorly stay in power, while those who might work in our best interest take a hard pass as to avoid the spotlight of lies. It also shows us that honesty and integrity in today’s world are less important than the size of the lie and who can lie first.
It looks like it’s going to be a bumpy ride!
